I'm running out of iCloud storage space and can't figure out why my iPhone back up is 1.64 GB.
Photos, messages, contacts, notes, etc are all synced to iCloud themselves, so I was under the impression that they are not included in the backup file.
Under the backup menu, I've deselected all the apps to not be included in the backup and the file size is still 1.64GB. So what data exactly is causing this? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

iCloud backup doesn’t include information that is synced and stored in iCloud, like Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks, Mail*, Notes, Voice Memos, Messages*, shared photos, iCloud Photos*, Health data*, call history*, and files* you store in iCloud Drive.
*-If you had turned on Messages in iCloud, iCloud Photos, Mail, Health data, call history under iCloud, and files you store in iCloud Drive your content is automatically stored in iCloud and is available on all devices that use the same Apple ID
