Why does my excel appear like this since I installed Big Sur?

Again, since I upgraded to Big Sur, my excel application is showing the blank sheet in a strange way. In the rows up to and including row 32, the numbers show as if they are mirrored. Also, the lines separating the rows, are doubled in these rows. This is excel version 15.36. I would be grateful if you could help me, please.

Microsoft retired Office 2016 for Mac on Oct 13, 2020. That means that your Excel 2016 v15.36 was never designed to work with, or likely tested on macOS Big Sur which was released later that Fall. As there are no further updates after its retirement, I very much doubt that reinstalling Office 2016 for Mac will fix the issues you have displayed here.

If you are set on using Microsoft Office and do not want a subscription, then I recommend that you move up to Office 2021 for Mac which has been designed and updated to work with Big Sur and later Mac operating systems. And so has Microsoft 365, the subscription.

I have seen "black Friday" deals on Office 2021 for Mac purchases under $30 (techbargains).
