my mom has to approve the purchases I make. I downloaded an app which costed and of course she had to approve it. Now she has approved it (and bought it) but now it’s under her Apple ID and not under mine. Why and how do we solve it?

If she bought the app, then it will be under her Apple ID. She has to approve the app and let you download the app.
