I’ve purchased a gift card from Jewel-Osco.

Why is my gift card not redeemable?

the code inside the sleeve is “void” but I’ve paid for activation of the envelope.

I reached out to Apple and Jewel regarding this matter, they turned me away saying: it’s not their responsibility.

please help!

It’s not my fault I’ve brought a “bad card” but I’m being punished for something I didn’t do wrong.

no one is helping me to resolve this matter .

a loyal apple customers, this is the first time happening to me, and I’m very disappointed because my son can’t used the card for his purposes.

please help me!

when I took it back to Jewel, they said: they only activate the card. The redeem code is not their responsibility.

Again, Jewel and Apple are bouncing their responsibilities back and forth, give me a run around since last Friday

As a consumer, I feel very unappreciated.😞 I felt worst for my son. It was his gift rewards for doing all his chores and getting good grades .
