15" MacBook Pro 2017 USBC Port Faulty

Two of my four Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) ports are not working and haven't been for some time now. Any suggestions other than contact a technician?

Hi,

Try to start up in Safe mode then normal boot could solve your issue.
