Login for Apple Music on the web doesn't work - process seems to work but nothing happens?

I've been listening to Apple Music on my work PC for years, but yesterday I noticed it had signed me out, so I took steps to sign back in (entered Apple ID, did two-factor authentication w/code from my phone, etc.). Everything seems to work fine, but the screen doesn't change and still prompts me to sign in. I've closed the browser, restarted the PC, and tried clearing cookies, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? Work PC is Windows based, and none of our network or security settings have changed, I checked. Can still access Apple Music just fine on my iPhone and MacBook. Thanks!

How odd. I'm afraid I don't have any ideas. Perhaps check with the IT dept. at work. Or contact Official Apple Support.
