iPhone asks for passcode to trust computer before every backup

After the latest iPhone update, iOS 16.1.2, my iPhone 12 Pro requires me to enter my passcode to "Trust This Computer" every time before a backup to my Mac Studio whether connected by USB or by WiFi. Forced restart, Reset Network Settings, and Reset Location & Privacy did not help.


Before the update, it did not ask for the Trust This Computer Passcode for a backup.


Is this a permanent requirement now? If not, how can I stop it?
