I am having trouble to turn on the hotspot in my phone, could you please help with that? I have tried internet solutions and none of them work. I made an international travel and changed my sim cards, when i back home my old sim card is not giving hot spot??
P.S. I have latest version of iOS. 16.1.1

in both instructions they are showing as following but i am not able to find this sequence:
Settings > Personal Hotspot > move the Allow Others to Join slider to off/white and then back to on/green.
so where is personal hotspot button on ios16? I have searched it but couldnt find it?
It would appear between "Cellular" and "VPN" if it is enabled by your carrier. That's where it shows up on my iPhone.
Again, if it doesn't appear, check with your carrier and verify that your data plan (that they provide you) supports it. The support articles I sent you should have provided you with that information already. Regardless, you can still contact Apple Support directly. To do so, simply select the "Support" link in the lower left-hand side of this forum's web page.

Yes, i will contact them. But the same card was working before.
update: I have contacted them and the provider mentioned that it is on
My hot spot is disbaled on iphone 14 pro(ios16)
