Can’t turn off auto previews on Netflix

I upgraded my Apple TV from the old one I had. However, what is super annoying is now on Netflix I'm inflicted with these auto preview trailers that I didn’t have on the other Apple TV! Seems the newer upgraded Apple TV does not have the setting to turn them off like you can for your iPhone! There is a setting in Netflix to turn them off but it doesn’t work for the latest Apple TV 4K

I contacted Netflix to tell them the issue and they said it was an Apple issue and compatibility. So I contacted Apple and they say it’s a Netflix issue! According to Apple these auto previews are also on Prime and other streaming services. I haven’t checked yet! This ruins it for me, auto previews are super annoying! If I want to watch a trailer I will select it and watch, I don’t want to be forced to watch something!

So whose going to take responsibility here??? Just like many in the past who complained about these auto previews where Netflix came up with the setting to change it! Why does it not apply to Apple TV 4K??? The setting just does not exist to change on the Apple TV. All Netflix and Apple could offer me was to off my feedback! Means millions more need to complain before it will change!

I’m really upset and disappointed and hope that Apple will communicate with Netflix and come up with a solution to satisfy viewers on Apple TV! Why do we get stuck with these annoying auto previews that are in your face and sometimes inappropriate when there are other people in the room or something you don’t want to see while you are scrolling to look for something to watch! Almost makes me want to return my Apple TV and keep using the old one!
