Application login

Hi guys. So I’m a live streamer on an app called MeetMe you may of heard of it? I have an iPhone 13 Pro. The application was working absolutely fine until one day it wouldn’t let me login in so I done a password reset and still didn’t work so I deleted the app and reinstalled it and still didn’t work. I’ve emailed MeetMe direct and that just send me a password reset which still doesn’t work. I’ve deleted the app then done a full reset on my phone and reinstalled the app and didn’t work. I can login via desktop site and on an android but no luck with the iOS app. And when I do re download the app it always seems to remember my email login. It’s like the iOS device has blocked it somehow. Can any one help?

Nobody here can help you with issues within or details of third-party apps and third-party logins.


Not past deleting the app, forcing a restart, and re-installing the app.


Force restart iPhone - Apple Support


Contact the third-party vendor supporting the app and the logins. They'll know the details and plans and limits and issues better. Though here, you already have done this: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support


Or replace the app, as it is not working for your needs, and the app vendor has not been able to resolve the issue.
