Everything has been fine until a few weeks ago (11/22). Now when streaming I can hear and see commercials, but have no sound and picture is dragging when the actual show is streaming. I have the issue with HULU and Paramount, but not YouTube.

I have the same issue - once the IOS 16 upgrade was made, the Lightning to HDMI adaptor is not working. No audio and also a blank screen.
16.2 did not fix this

It is not just a problem with two services because at least Amazon Prime and Netflix aren’t working for me now.
This is an apple issue
