Deauthorizing Devices

I am trying to authorize a new laptop for apple account/Apple TV. I have an old computer that won't even start up that is still authorized. It won't let me deauthorize all 5 devices until the end of 2023??? How can I deauthorize all devices sooner than the time frame apple permits? Thanks

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance. Only they can perform a second Deauthorize All within the year.
