My Yahoo email no longer works on my iPhone 6. What happened? Can it be fixed? I have tried (1) re-entering with password, (2) shutting off and restarting the iPhone, (3) deleting the Yahoo account and trying to add it back. Nothing worked.

You've done some great troubleshooting so far. Per the following resource from Yahoo you may also need to adjust your fetch settings: Set up or remove a Yahoo Mail account in the iOS Mail app | Yahoo Help - SLN3700
Should that still persist, you may need to manually set up your Yahoo account: Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
You may be able to look up the settings for your email provider to help with that process using this link: Mail - Official Apple Support
If you need any further assistance with that process, you'll want to reach out to Yahoo: Help for Technical Support They'd be in the best position to help with their particular email service and account.
