MetaTrader4 App Not Displaying Correctly

Hi there,

I recently got a new iPhone SE. On the MetaTrader 4 app, the image appears too wide from side to side, it is fine top to bottom. The very edge of the screen appears under the black strips down the side of my phone. If need to tilt my phone to the side to see the image under the black strip. I never had this issue on my old SE (original series). Can anyone provide assistance? It’s definitely not a zoom issue (no zoom on and as I said, the image is fine top to bottom). Thank you!

There are 3 generations of the SE phone.

If you have the first generation, you should update to 15.7.1.

If you have the second or third generation, you should update to 16.1.2.

Go to Settings > General > Software Update.

I have worked out what is going on, but don’t know how to fix it. It’s not actually this app, it’s my entire phone. The screen is very slightly tilted. I noticed that the edge of my battery is also missing (top right corner).

Hi Kurtosis12, I have updated my phone to 16.1.2. I wish I hadn’t as now my Lock Screen looks hideous and it didn’t fix my problem (also not sure why my phone didn’t have the latest iOS when I set it up, it’s literally brand new). Anyway, do you have any other suggestions?
