I upgraded my iphone 12 mini to 14 pro 3 days ago. I am on the must up to date IOS, I have MMS and SMS and Group Message enabled, I have camera settings set to most compatible, I have tried to reset my network settings... nothing is working to allow me to send a picture or screen shot to android users?!?! Help!

Do you have cellular data turned on? If so, then contact your cellular carrier and ask them to check your account to ensure that you have it provisioned for sending MMS. SMS/MMS are carrier functions and they will need to troubleshoot your issue.
