BATTERY PERCENTAGE GLITCH

My battery percentage is not increasing while charging after restarting the phone it increases battery percentage about 3%. Is this a problem or not?

Try a force restart:

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
