MacBook Pro M1 - Display Issue

I faced today, my macbook pro's display been got an issue automatically. and it's not have now. but in the screen have some colour patch line now. I purchased my brand-new macbook before two months. whats is the reason for this issue.i am using my macbook very carefully. unfortunately, i can't choose what is the reason for this issue.I kindly request , please give me a option. because i have to face very very important exam in my university via online now a days.
