Hi Mavapa,
Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today.
From what we can see Visual Voicemail is a feature supported by Visible. You can find that here: Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone in the United States and Canada.
Double-check the setup steps here: Check your voicemail on iPhone
"Set up voicemail
The first time you tap Voicemail, you’re asked to create a voicemail password and record your voicemail greeting.
- Tap Voicemail, then tap Set Up Now.
- Create a voicemail password.
- Choose a greeting—Default or Custom; if you choose Custom, you can record a new greeting."
Keep in mind Visual Voicemail is a carrier feature, so it could be something isn't provisioned correctly on your account especially when combined with the fact that you don't have cellular data either.
Do you see any of these messages on your iPhone: If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad?
"If you see No Service or Searching in the status bar on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular), your device isn't connected to a cellular network. If you see SOS or "SOS only" in the status bar, your device can still make emergency calls
- Check your coverage area
- Restart your iPhone or iPad
- Check for a Carrier Settings update
- Turn your cellular line off and back on
- Reset your Network Settings
- Update your iPhone or iPad
- Contact your carrier
If your carrier confirms that there's no issue with your account or network, but you still can't connect to a cellular network, contact Apple Support."
Have a fantastic day!
