The craziest thing happened to my iPhone 12 today. The battery drained from 70% down to completely off within an hour. No app was even running. I am charging it back up now, but this is just insane. Have a look at the screenshot of my battery activity. Please, any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Also, do Apple techs offer help in this forum? If not, am I able to get help from Apple? Thanks.
