Airpods Pro 2nd gen case battery drain

Well it didnt work because you are not doing it correctly...drain the airpods to 0%, the case doesnt matter!

Still doesn’t stop the excessive drainage.

Seems you have different issue, or maybe it can be that the problem or fix change depending on the phone too? I have an iphone 12 base model. Not sure if that would matter

Here’s hoping the newly released firmware takes care of this issue!!

Also will try this new update and will tell the results. Find me and notify functions is on. Start with 23% case and Bluetooth on, will see how it goes

Now it just dropped another 1% in less than a half hour. 🤔

After 2 days of not using AirPods 0% loss, seems like drain fixed completely

I have left my AirPods over 12 hour and drained 10% even after new update maybe because I’m charging with my Apple Watch charger ? Never tried with own cable

So how are we suppose to keep the airpods charged under 80% percent? They are always charged to 100% regardless how much you use them or not...they go in the case and they charge!

I already did this but didn’t help.

I left the case closed with AirPods inside charging case whilst I was at work. Got home after about 9 hours and had dropped a further 3 %. Is that sort of normal?

I did reseted and did forget the airpods as well after the update
