How do I delete a Notification panel in Ventura Settings

A Notification has appeared from what I suspect is malware.  In the Notification Center it is named: recode247.com, it sends random notifications every 60 seconds.  I can turn it off in Notifications, but I cannot find a way to delete it from the NC list.

In older Mac OS, just holding on the CTL key why clicking allowed a Control Panel item to be deleted from Preferences.

Thanks,

JJ

I wanted it removed from the Notification prefs. I know how to turn off its notifications.

I have now found out that even though it shows up and cannot be removed in the System Settings, it actually appears under Websites in the Safari settings.

Thanks for help.

As I wrote to dialabrain above, Control-click, choose Reset Notifications... and it disappears.

I understand that the wording "Reset Notifications..." is a bit misleading, but there you are.
