bluetooth on this macbook doesn't work for some reason

Hello, My late 2013 Macbook Pro was used to install Windows 10 via Bootcamp. And I ran into a problem. I can't use Bluetooth on the Windows 10 partition, while macOS doesn't cause any issues with using Bluetooth. I tried turning off Bluetooth on macOS and trying to turn it on on Windows 10. I tried reinstalling the drivers. I even tried removing and re-adding Bluetooth to the Device Manager app's device list. Unfortunately, my efforts were in vain. And now, after failing to find an answer on Google, I'm turning to the professionals.
