FaceTime issue: Can't be heard & Input Volume is connected to built-in microphone

Since I upgraded to macOS Ventura, I can't be heard when using Factime on my mac computer. I checked the input, and it is working, the bar moves when I speak. But when I connected to FaceTime, the input no longer works & does not move when I speak. I am having this issue only with FaceTime.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.0
