Malicious Remote User on MacBook Pro

Hi. I’m new to the Community and to my MacBook Pro, and I would appreciate your advice and suggestions.

I think a malicious remote user has gotten access to my MacBook through my home WiFi. I believe this person or bot is creating a hidden WiFi network on my home network each time I turn WiFi on on my MacBook. I believe they must have a script on my Mac that runs automatically at certain times after I start my computer. Is there a way to stop this?

I’ve wiped my machine but it still happens. Probably through iCloud backup files?

I’ve reset my WiFi modem and changed local IP address several times.

I have antivirus and VPN on my Mac.

The hidden network on my network shows up only when I start my MacBook.

Ive tried everything I know to do, including killing the keep_alive process that was running for a remote ip.

I would appreciate some advice from this community.
