and iOS 16.2 RC version (20C65) is the final and better version right? I update using iPhone, it only updates the regular version. not ios RC ?
Right, the RC version indicates that it is nearly complete. The normal version is the complete version which you should install.
You should delete the Beta and update your phone to iOS 16.2. This link will show you how to delete beta version.
