New login item from unidentified developer appears in background after updating to macOS Ventura 13.1

I just recently updated my Macbook Air M1 to macOS Ventura 13.1 and I got a notification saying that a new background item had been added. I went to check it and the one title as "open" was seen alongside some other apps that is use, where it had not been there before. I can't seem to remove it nor delete it and when i open it, it shows the explanation of what its function is for.

My question is; What is the significance of this "item" ?, Why is it categorized as from an "unidentified developer" ?, and What can I do to fix it ?

Did you ever figure this out? I'm noticing that I've got the same issue, but I can't begin to figure out what it is.

EtreCheck can show you what you have installed, but not what is specifically calling that background process. You would have to make the connection. Once you figure it out, you can uninstall the app or seek assistance from the developer if they still support that product.
