no double-sided print option in word with Brother printer dcp-j562dw

Hello

The option to print double-sided has disappeared when I attempt to print a Word document on my Brother DCP-J562DW printer. This has just started to happen - again!

In the past I have reinstalled the driver (did this) and other re-installs but this hasn't worked this time.

I seem to remember seeing somewhere to take out a .plist and I think that rectified the problem. Does this fix sound familiar?

My iMac is OS High Sierra (10.13.6).

Thank you for responding so quickly. I do not have the same Print screen as you do.

I believe the problem for me only occurs using Word (for Mac, obvs). First image.

I do see the option to print double-sided in other apps, like when opening a pdf (second image).

Does anyone remember something about removing a plist extension from the library? I think this is what helped me in the past, but I cannot find that posting, and I did not write down the remedy.

Crazy deal, when you use CMD+P then see if you have this option to use the System Print Dialog to bring back familiar settings, had to click on it because Shift+CMD+P did nothing here...
