Cupertino time stuck on iPhone Home Screen

The world clock is just for displaying the time. It isn’t the source of the time. Widgets and the phone itself get their time from the iOS internal clock. And you apparently put a time widget on the lock screen and didn’t change the time zone in the widget’s settings.
