The first thing you'll want to determine is if the phone charges without the case on it. If wireless charging is working when the case is removed, then that would mean the problem is coming from the case. It's most likely too thick for wireless charging to work. Aside from that, if the case has metal on it that can affect or prevent wireless charging from working.
