Just got iPhone 14 — can’t text android phones in group texts

I tried this too. My blocks (all) on Verizon are already off. I toggled it, just to see. Nope. It’s odd that I get a new iPhone, and now this happeNs on both my new iPhone and same ole iPad. I may have to make a call to Verizon 😩

I have a business wireless account with Verizon, so I don't have same homescreen that you are describing in your solution (Select "Account" at the top of the screen-"My Plan"-"Blocks." After selecting the appropriate line, select "block services"- then toggle on "block picture and video messaging." ) This is what mine looks like, and I don't see Block Services anywhere. Any suggestions? It's driving me crazy!! Thanks in advance!

I am having this same issue although I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max with iOS 16.2. My carrier is Xfinity and I cannot see an option for doing the above mentioned fix. I was able to text on Feb. 7th with 17 contacts, and 2 were android users...they received the message. They have not received my latest found of texts in a new group of 23 contacts. Is there a contact limit for group texts? Why are they not getting the texts??? Help!

I have the IPhone 13 max pro and having issues with group texts with android users. My phone carrier is with Boost so not sure how useful they will be if I have to call tech support. Anyone have any suggestions.

I can send single texts the problem is when I group chat with android user. I also did all the checks and it still happening. So, I’m not so sure that it’s only iPhone 14 users. Maybe it’s something with the last eat update that’s causing this issue as it never happy before and I had my phone for almost a year and I’ve had two other iPhones different models before this and no issues.

I have an iPhone 11 and my plan is Lycamobile i don’t know what to do cause I have work messages that I can’t get cause of the messages I can’t get cause of the thing that’s going on idk what else to do!

I am also having the same issue. I hope Apple fixes this soon. I switched to TMobile and purchased the 14 Plus and I am having several issues with the eSIM and coverage.

Me too. What is going on Apple?? Group texting with non-iphone users is not working. Mine is a iPhone 14 just turned it on today.

Oh yeah and I am Verizon user too.

Same issue here. Checked all the setting and reset my phone and still not working.

Has anyone else tried to reset their iPhone on their own to see if that worked before taking over 3 hours to be on the phone with Verizon?
