a month ago after reseting iphone 6 in itunes and accidentally pulled out lightning usb when phone activates from itunes, then i fully restored iphone and caught "unable to activate", i tried to restart and noctied "no service" in action bar. On hello screen in "i" section imei is not showing. i tried to reset reboot, restore with itunes but that was usless, can i activate my iphone now? or can i restore baseband with some software?
Go to Settings/General/About and look at Modem Firmware. Is the entry blank? If it is you need to reinstall it by restoring the phone to factory settings, then restoring a backup. Back up the phone first, of course:

modem firmware is blank. when im trying to connect my device to itunes he shows me 0xE800000A error, so i cant reset my iphone by this way
That is a USB error, You will have to fix that or use a different computer→If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
On my mac itunes shows something like "Cant Acrivate iphone, cuz cant get information about activation"

thats my first contact with apple device, how can i restore to factory settings if my itunes shows previous error with activation information? P.S. maybe high sierra is not good OS fo restore?
High Sierra shouldn’t be a problem, but make sure you have the lasted version of iTunes.
If your hardware will run a newer version you should definitely update, unless you have an app that will only run on an older version.
Yes, that’s why you have to restore the baseband, following the instructions that I posted.
itunes 12.8.3 is the latest for High sierra, maybe i shound update to mojave or catalina?
