How do you find apple notes stored on time machine?

I accidentally changed something on an apple note and I want to go back to a previous version on my time machine to recover the older version. I currently have MAC OS Ventura - Version 13.0.1 (22A400) on my mac. How do I find it on my time machine? It seems the library configuration has changed over the last few years and I cannot find it like I did before.

Can you please advise on the folder library configuration to find this. Thank you.

Mac mini 2018 or later

If you need to restore Notes entirely then restore these folders from Time Machine:

They are located in the Users/Home/Library/Containers folder.

However, I would copy the current folders to a folder on the Desktop before restoring just in case.

Thank you. I recall in the past you could just find the text of notes without having to go through the reinstall of the containers. Is there a way to just find the text of a note or the only way is a full reinstall of the container?

I am just trying to find one particular note.
