MacOS Ventura crashing when leaving unattended

Hi all, maybe you can help me to pinpoint what makes my macOS 13.1 (22C65) crash every night when I'm done working and leaving it unattended.

It started suddenly without any conscious change to the system.

Suspected it may be the Paragon NTFS for Mac driver, removed the application but seemingly can't get the driver uninstalled.

Let my know if I may post the crash report so somebody can take a look.
