If I delete my photos in the cloud will they be deleted from my google photos?

If by cloud you are referring to iCloud, then photos deleted there would also be removed from the Photo Library of any device signed into the same iCloud account that has iCloud Photos enabled. See Set up and use iCloud Photos for information on that service.

Photos stored or synced with another service should not be impacted by changes to your iCloud Photo Library. A good way to verify this is to delete a photo as a test and check the resulting effects on your other libraries or devices before proceeding. You may also work with the developer of that app to verify settings or impacts of photo deletions.
