After I bring my Mac out of retirement, all windows are in the main display only. In addition, the arrangement of the monitors is no longer how I set it up.
I have 3 monitors. The whole thing is extremely annoying.
Please fix it Apple !

That looks exactly like the same problem that I have since many months.
I already wrote a bugreport to Apple for this, but I got no reaction since March 2022.
I have a Mac mini M1 with an attached LG38WN95C-W via Thunderbolt 3. This problem exists since macOS 12.x.
Before I had a Mac Pro 2013 with the same monitor and before with a Thunderbolt 2 LG 34UM95 and never had the problem with macOS 11.x and below.
After retirement all windows are messed up
