iPhone 13 Won’t Receive Verification Texts? Here’s the Answer.

I am having the same issue and have done all of the above "fixes", still can't receive verification code and, like you, it was working just fine and suddenly it wasn't. I even went to the AT&T store and they could not help me. It makes me think that there was some kind of update that messed things up.

I’m having the same problem and this didn’t fix it. My phone was cracked and Apple gave me a new phone yesterday. Said everything was backed up and properly reinstalled. But my bank log ins didn’t transfer and I now I am not receiving codes so I can’t deposit my checks into my online only banking account. I need a fix and fast. Any help, greatly appreciated

Turning off and on the Filter Unknown Senders switch did not work for me. I find it interesting that when I tried to log in to the Apple site, I was asked for a verification code which was the whole problem. Thankfully Apple gave me the option to receive the code with a phone call. It's the ones that don't that are the problem.

I'm having the same problem. My Iphone 13 Pro Max decided 2 days ago to no longer allow verification texts to my phone. This is a problem since it is how I access my work schedule. I also have AT&T. I have looked up every "fix" I could find online and nothing worked. I also cannot receive any cellular phone calls or text messages from a non-iphone phone on my new Watch Ultra. This is disappointing

I talked to AT&T tech and it took him a matter of minutes and he had the problem fixed. I had to get a verification text to log in to this thread and it came through fine. I don't know about other carriers, but it worked for me. I thought others who have AT&T might benefit from my solution.

Ho guys I have exactly the same problem. I went to my bank, they restarted everything- not helped. I went to Vodafone - changed SIM, disconnected and reconnected network. Tried the same things with message setting and nothing. I cannot use my number to log into my bank, google account and Microsoft account. Is there any way that Apple updates are causing it and we can somehow reverse it? Please help. I’m desperate and no one has clue what to do. I have iPhone 13 mini - just 1/2 year. So hardly problem because of old phone

I had this problem,& took mine to AT&T, also the guy fixed it. now I’m back at square one not getting the codes again. I also forget what he had done to fix that problem so I don’t know what to do.???

I’m having the same issue. I kept getting escalated to the next higher person, but they still are not able to find out the issue.

Same issue with a newer SE and this did not help my phone either.

Also rebooted my phone and tried turning WiFi and Airplane mode off/on several times without success.

That also didn't work for me..

Can you be more specific? Did u delete the entire backup? Please elaborate?
