Migration app won't run on Dell PC.

I want to move files from Windows PC to Macbook air. I downloaded migration app to PC, but it won't run.

You can copy files over your local network, or with a portable USB drive, or by way of a cloud drive service such as iCloud Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.
