iPhone 14 Mobile Data Not Working - Network Issues

I recently bought an iPhone 14 pro. Randomly I lose the cellular data connection but it still displays as 4g connected. I can only access the internet after restarting my phone. I tried turning data/airplane mode on and off as well but didn’t work. This has happened to me 3 times in the course of 4 days since buying the phone.

UPDATE (PROBLEM FIXED)

I went to my carrier store and got a new duplicate sim for my existing number, now i am not facing any issues. before that i had a visit to apple service center. As they checked, other sim was working fine so i got to know issue is with carrier. Maybe because of 5g sims coming recently and something with bands used in phone and i was using old sim that might have some old bands that could have removed from new phone. not sure but problem fixed

So, I’m still having TONS of issues with my phone. I have literally brought it in and/or called apple support, several times since purchasing it in August. Every time, they check if the software is up to date, and tell me that that is my issue. I got ****** and said, why do I have automatic updates on for the **** thing to not inform me it needs an update?

response? Toggle the switch on and off.

STILL doesn’t work. I check regularly to make sure it’s up to date bc the issues are daily! Whenever I call or bring it in, it magically needs to be updated (yet didn’t need one the night before).

I initially brought it back to them bc I feel like the ringer volume is very low and I can barely hear it ring or the GPS, even on max volume, yet when I’m on the phone and get a text, the notification makes me curse out loud bc it’s so **** loud! It causes my ear to ring for a good 30 seconds afterwards.

wondering if anyone had luck getting the phone replaced with a NEW one and not a refurbished one? I’m about to go off on them bc I’ve done all their stupid tests, and even factory reset it AND ran diagnostics with my carrier, bc their next response was, “that’s a carrier issue”

Im having the same issues. I got my new iPhone 14 pro 2 days ago. Since today morning, my phone doesn't connect to the internet, not even wifi. Im only able to call or send text messages. I can connect to wifi from my laptop, so I know its my phone issue. I called Apple Support, they did troubleshooting, everything looks fine but they can see that there are some issued with network connection. It's frustrating because I use my phone for work and I can't connect to apps like RingCentral, witch I use for work, because of no internet connection. I read many articles that there are issues with network in iPhone 14 pro, if they won't be able to fix the issue at Apple Store tomorrow, I will "downgrade" my phone to iPhone 13, because the latest phone is a waste of money.

Same issue. I just switched from a Samsung S22 Ultra. I have an unlimited plan with US Mobile, using Verizon networks. Not a single connectivity issue with the S22. Daily use of Android Auto, streaming audio at work or when working out. my phone and watch are always in use, 7 days a week, in one capacity or another.

The iPhone 14 Pro seems to have random "blackouts" where Cellular Data and WIFI connections stall for a few minutes. In the same locations as my S22. This is happening several times a week, its is noticeable and infuriating. Sometimes my phone network stack will recover on its own, other times I have to power off and power on.

Its tough, especially when I'm on a call while driving, working out or just listening to music at home. I've tried all the troubleshooting I can find online. I'm two days past my return policy and regretting this decision. I'm seriously considering buying an S23 Ultra and sell this iPhone 14 pro. I just can't trust it.

My wife and I upgraded our iPhones to the 14 Pro and Pro Max models last November (T-Mobile), while at the same time our son upgraded his to a Google Pixel. We (iPhones) very soon started noticing connectivity issues (not our son) (message sending failures, dropped calls, inability to connect to the internet). We had always thought the problem was T-Mobile’s network but I’m now suspecting the iPhones as other family members with T-Mobile and Android phones (even right next to us) have no issues. Researching the internet is only reinforcing my observations. We have been contacting tech support (T-Mobile) and even visited Apple but no one seems to know (they say) any solution. I am now (and my wife especially) super frustrated. These phones are very expensive but apparently quality control is not up to expected levels. I am traveling out of state and we’re still having the same issues although, again, others using same network but not iPhones, are experiencing no issues at all! I need help!! I’m going to stop by T-Mobile AGAIN, to talk to someone and explain everything again for the 150th time. Unbelievably frustrating.
