Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
I lost my original id and password that I used for years to buy songs in iTunes. now when I go to play those songs they ask me to authorize my new computer but my new Id and Password don't work. any way to find the old info or get my new computer authorized to play old iTunes songs?
iMac 27″, macOS 12.6
so I can't seem to find the Apple ID I used to buy these songs several iMacs ago. when I go to iforgot it seems to only recover my current ID which I already know. I was hoping Apple might have a history of my previous apple id's and passwords since I have used the same contact information the whole time. Seems like apple would have receipts for all the tunes I bought that they could back reference or something. any other thoughts?

Find an old protected track in your library. Right-click the track, choose Get Info, and look at the File tab. Usually the "Purchased By" field has the email address that was used for the purchase.
