OS Ventura Spotlight show files with finder Icon and don't open its

I'm using a new Mac book air M2 with Ventura. I transferred my previous mac book pro.

When I search with spotlight i see the file i'm looking for, but it's showed with a finder Icon and i cannot open directly, i must chose search with finder and find it again in all the similar files.

How can I fix?

Spotlight search:

Search in finder result:

MacBook Air

Hello

On my side, I fixed using this the following way: this is related to Dropbox beta version or something like this. Just open dropbox settings and press "Leave beta" - and you will get previous version of dropbox with old location of folder. I don't know why it happens and why dropbox forced me to install that (maybe I missed some checkbox).

After that, I recommend to go to Settings->Siri and Spotlight->Spotlight privacy and then add Dropbox folder, close window, go back and remove Dropbox folder. This will force Spotline to re-index.

Fixed on my side!
