Display glitches when the battery charge is 0%, and the charger is plugged in

I purchased a new MacBook Pro 14-inch 2021 three months ago. It's getting display glitches and distortions when I plug it in right after it shuts down due to less (~1%) power. This issue came with the laptop in the box. I sought Apple support's help via chat and call; they suggested checking in safe mode, creating a new user, reinstalling the OS, and running Apple Diagnostics. I tried all of them, but none of them fixed the issue.

I went to an Apple Authorised Service center. Initially, they told me it was a minor and came with every MacBook device, but they took the machine and got it to reset; even after resetting the computer, it didn't fix. So we tested it with another same-model device which they arranged to compare, but the issue didn't come in that device. After that Apple support team asked me to hard reset the Mac, but that also didn't work. The problem is still reproducible. So, they asked me if it was a hardware issue and brought it to Service Center. The Service center team discussed it with the Apple Support team, and they concluded it would be fixed in the next Software update, so I waited until the next macOS update (Venture 13.1) Dec 13 release, that even also didn't fix the issue after updating it to the latest macOS.

Is anyone facing this issue? How can I fix this issue?

My device configuration:

8-Core CPU(M1 Pro)

14-Core GPU

16GB Unified Memory

512GB SSD Storage
