black friday iPhone special problem

no was from apple. I did get more info from apple -there were four choices at the end of purchase. choosing your carrier or no carrier. what was not listed on that page was that the 4th choice was the one to pick for rebate. I don't really see a distinction between activating that moment or ten minutes later after the purchase was complete.

I made my case to apple and I did get a manager who agreed that it was not the most clear way to present this. we came to an equitable solution. best to be aware in the future. thanks to all.

the customer service people are not helpful. I tried for 2 hours yesterday. all they said is I don't qualify..

I am sure other users have more info on what this means. I am seeking those people to respond.

technically it is.. perhaps there is another way to 'activate' Phone, therefore it could be considered a user to user.

if you are admin and want to delete it, I won't argue. just trying to sort this out.

let me rephrase that. did any other users encounter this and what did you do?

I am pretty clear I am asking WHAT DID THE EXCLUSION ENTAIL??? how else can you activate a phone if not through your carrier.... this is my question...

please let someone else answer.
