cannot find where my files went on imac 27'
I have an extensive filing system for my documents. I find that I must have misfiled many of my files into wrong folders under wrong headings.
When I use the search feature under "Finder" app, files are listed but it does not show WHERE they have been put. Under which category or folder? Is there a way to track them back to where they are now? Or do I have to move them all out onto the desktop and start over?
