Deleting containers - is it safe?

I would not delete supporting Containers in Library if you are still using Onedrive.

There are many containers with the same app name shown, but hidden underneath is a different name because they serve a different purpose for the app. If you delete a container and are still using the app, the container will be re-created. You’ll lose all the settings you have customized for the app and have to reset them up.

As has already been alluded to, your Mac will run fine without the use of anything that claims to protect, optimize, clean, or otherwise maintain your Mac. Any problems you have will be caused by those apps.
