Delete driving focus for good!!

I have tried all of the suggestions to turn off driving focus. I dictate a lot when I’m driving and use Siri to send messages. The car icon comes up and I’m wasting so much time. How to delete driving focus for good. It doesn’t show up anywhere in Focus. I think it’s a glitch in the creation of it.

Settings....Focus....Driving - is missing First - I can no longer tell Siri to schedule a reminder while I'm driving - I see a big car icon on the screen, and it won't schedule a reminder. Second - every single place I search on the internet says to go to Settings...Focus...Driving. Only, on my 16.0.2 updated phone, there is NO option for Driving under Focus. I only have Personal, Sleep, and Work settings to choose from. How can I make my phone do what "I" want, again, like I used to. I'm assuming I lost the ability after the last update, but I can't say for sure when I last scheduled a reminder in that way. I do it pretty often.

Siri is blocked when I’m driving. Within Focus there is no “driving” selection. How do I turn the driving focus off? Just the other day Siri stopped responding to me when I’m driving. Once it said it can’t give me the info since I’m driving. Now it projects a ghost image of a car on my cellphone screen. Apple directions suggest that me cellphone is in a focus mode for driving. I did not turn that on intentionally. Apple suggests I go to Settings/ Focus / Driving to turn it off. The problem is there is no “driving” choice with the Focus directory. Does anyone know how to turn driving focus off without the feature in settings? Thanks.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately it still did not fix the problem with Siri and message dictation. Should I try resetting my phone although I’m nervous to do that? Might that work? This problem only occurred with the latest IOS update.
