Both USB-C and HDMI connection to Macbook Air M1 is broken on MacOS Ventura

I have recently upgraded to MacOS Ventura 13.1 (22C65)

I have DELL P2721Q Display that I use with both 16" Macbook M1 MAX and Macbook Air M1

Recently I have upgraded my M1 Air to Ventura and the USB-C connection to monitor is unsable, the display drops few times every minute making it useless. Also, using Apple's own USB-C HDMI dongle, the monitor is not recognized properly and does not allow me to use scaled option.. also making it useless as texts are too small to work with.

On the other hand, 16" M1 Max Macbook Pro works perfectly with the USB-C connection on Monterey

Only option I see is to be able to surface it to Apple Enginners and wait for an update to fix it!

I don't want to downgrade to Monterey! Let me know if anybody knows any other option.

The DELL monitor does not seems to have such option.

Also, since HDMI is not an option, I kept the USB-C connected and after a while, the intermittent loss of connection stopped.

This time, I do have the external power connected as well. Not sure if that helped. However, The monitor has rated 65W power delivery through the USB-C, which is enough for the Macbook Air M1 🤷🏽‍♂️
