I got an AirPod replaced because it kept going static when you would put them on. But now the old one and new one will not pair at the same time. I’ve reset the AirPod pros 5 times and charged them up fully together but they just won’t work together. It’s either one or the other that can play music at once.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Since this was originally a replacement and it sounds like the AirPods may not be communicating with each other any longer, it may be best to try the steps in Set up your replacement AirPods or charging case.

So I’ve tried the steps above, but the status light does not flash white when both of the AirPods are in them. What can I do about that? It just won’t recognize them until one of them is removed.
