I have three familymembers who where using the same apple storage account

After my move back to the Netherlands, my creditcard failed service and a new dutch card was provided.


i had to start a new storage plan. All three accounts are having the netherlands as base country. When a invite two of my accounts to share the apple storage the message that only accounts in the same country can use one account appears


what do I do wrong?

It appears then, that at least one of the accounts you invited have their Apple ID set to a country that is different to the one set for yours.


For Family Sharing all Apple IDs involved must have their country set to the same one.


Verify all Apple IDs invited are set to the same country.

Have everyone log in to their Apple ID at https://appleid.apple.com and In Personal Information, verify the country they have set.
