photos sent in imessage are not loading
When photos are sent to me in iMessage, they do not come through and they appear as a file as below. This is happening across all contacts that send me images through iMessage

For this issue, go to the following setting to hopefully solve this: If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone or iPad
- Go to the Settings app
- Scroll down and select on 'Messages'
- Make sure 'MMS' is enabled.
After enabling MMS, test receiving a photo message.
Should the issue persist, does this happen with iMessages or SMS (text) messages? Do you have issues sending photo messages in return? That will give us more insight into the issue.
