How do I get rid of the 'Get Ready For Your New Phone' message?

I bought the new phone for my niece, not for myself but can't get rid of this annoying message in settings

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today.


This message is expected when buying a new iPhone with your Apple ID. It should disappear if you make an iCloud backup of the data on your device, and this won't affect your niece's new iPhone at all. It will also expire in 21 days.
